Mammography Technologist Job in Everett, WA - $85K-$139K ($40.87-$66.83/hr) + $10K Sign-On - Full-Time | Women’s Imaging | Mission-Driven Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our Women’s Imaging team in Everett, WA. In this full-time role, you’ll perform both screening and diagnostic mammography studies while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accuracy in every procedure. Working alongside radiologists and a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you’ll play a vital role in the early detection and diagnosis of breast disease.

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures following physician orders and established protocols

Operate and maintain mammography and imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient positioning

Document imaging procedures accurately within the EMR and PACS systems

Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication

Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives within the imaging department

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of exam rooms and equipment

Assist in or perform breast ultrasound imaging as trained and assigned
