This role involves working with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, stress, or major life changes.The LCSW will provide ongoing psychotherapy, assess clinical needs, establish appropriate treatment goals, and support clients in improving emotional well-being and daily functioning. This is a fully remote position with a consistent weekday schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platformConduct clinical assessments and identify client needs and treatment prioritiesDevelop and maintain individualized treatment plansUse evidence-based interventions appropriate to each client's concernsMonitor changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progressComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationAssess risk and respond appropriately to safety concernsCoordinate referrals or additional services when clinically necessary
