Corporate Law Senior Attorney

CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of experience for our Corporate Practice Group.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses advanced transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A, joint venture (including real estate JVs), and equity and debt financing transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, including merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, complex operating and shareholder agreements, and various commercial agreements. This position is hybrid from the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office.

In addition to base salary, all attorneys are eligible for a billable hours bonus, a discretionary bonus, and an origination bonus.

The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law’s total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan.
