Job Description Senior Attorney – Wage & Hour Class Action Location: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to handle complex wage & hour class action matters. This role focuses on representing employees in high-impact cases involving misclassification, overtime violations, meal/rest break issues, and other labor law claims.
Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and legal filings
Represent clients in wage & hour class action litigation
Collaborate with internal legal teams to move cases efficiently
5+ years of employment law and class action experience
- Strong litigation, research, and analytical skills
- 180K – $280K base + performance incentives
