Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Join a privately owned, patient-focused medical practice and take ownership of a growing orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation program. We are hiring two (2) Associate-level Orthopedic Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with the autonomy to focus on clinical excellence rather than insurance limitations. What You'll Do

Develop and lead the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming.

Establish clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies, including shockwave treatment, while contributing to future program growth.

Mentor support staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Build community relationships through educational events, networking, and referral development.

Maintain electronic documentation efficiently within a streamlined clinical workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience treating orthopedic conditions.

Confidence in return-to-activity or return-to-sport rehabilitation for active adults.

Current Iowa Physical Therapy license (or immediate eligibility to obtain licensure).

Interest in emerging technologies and regenerative rehabilitation (e.g., shockwave treatment); comprehensive training will be provided.

Availability for occasional evening or weekend community events and networking.
