TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Bay City, Michigan, 48708!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / IMC / PCU (Nights)
Contract | Night Shift | Onsite
Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs, telemetry, and critical patient metrics
Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered
Provide specialized care for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or complex conditions including vent and stroke patients requiring neuro checks
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and patient responses; Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit
Telemetry monitoring experience required
Proficiency with Cerner EMR required
Active Michigan RN license required
Experience caring for neurological patients requiring frequent neuro assessments
Familiarity with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio environment
Opportunity to work in a fast-paced Stepdown unit utilizing advanced clinical skills in a supportive team environment
Contract placement with a well-established facility offering consistent scheduling on night shift
