Own the nursing process — from assessment through evaluation — to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. Resource Management & Care Planning

Plan proactively across the full patient care journey. Help shape protocols that enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( Required )

RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)

Experience with computer data entry ( Required )

Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems ( Preferred )

Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools

Calm under pressure — you know how to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro
