We are seeking an experienced ICU RN for the CVICU at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus.
Shift : Day/Night rotation (3 x 12-hour shifts).

The CVICU is a 24-bed, high-acuity unit located in Falls Church, VA, specializing in the care of patients post-cardiac and vascular surgery, heart and lung transplant, advanced heart failure, and other complex diagnoses requiring intensive monitoring and life-saving interventions. CVICU RN Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); Certifications : BLS for healthcare provider certification from AHA required. Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
CVICU RN Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years ICU RN experience (CVICU or Cardiac ICU highly desired)
• Unit involvement (committees, charge RN, precepting)
