As a Home Care Aide, you'll be the cornerstone of wholehearted care for our clients — helping them maintain safety, independence, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We care for a diverse range of individuals across all ages and abilities, and we celebrate the dedicated professionals who make that possible.
Thrive on serving others and leading with empathy
Communicate clearly and professionally — both verbally and in writing
Are bilingual in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene
Support meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping
Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being
Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting to the office
Adhere to SYNERGY HomeCare's infection control, HIPAA, and dress code policies
Clock in and out accurately using our mobile app or assigned timekeeping method
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Proof of current 2-step TB testing (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR / First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Satisfactory professional and personal reference check
Ability to complete SYNERGY HomeCare orientation and assigned online training modules
