Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Care - Nights

Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Unit and make a difference for our patients and our community.

This unit is a newly opened 12 private bed med-surg unit focused on inpatient medical surgical and cardiac telemetry patients. Therefore, our unit provides a widespread knowledge and experience base for our nurses.
We are known for saving lives in our Level I Trauma Center, and our nursing staff are key to the exceptional care we provide each patient. Our Professional Nursing Practice Model offers patient and family-centered care that maintains an unwavering focus on what matters most: caring and healing at the patient's bedside. As a nursing professional you will be empowered to manage your clinical practice and working environment through our Shared Governance Model, which focuses on evidence-based nursing practice. We are proud of the care we give each and every patient.
Work Schedule: 0.70 Day/Night. 8 hour day shifts during the week; 12 hour night shifts every 3rd weekend.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associate Degree in Nursing and 1 year of RN experience

• Internal new graduate applicants can meet minimum requirements with an Associate Degree in Nursing
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
• One year of acute care RN experience is strongly preferred
• ICU RN experience is strongly preferred
