Social Worker

The Social Worker assists plans, organizes, and directs programs that facilitate the social, psychological, and physiological well-being of each resident; provides direct resident and family support; and acts as a resident advocate.
Qualifications
Social Worker Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Social work experience preferred
Must have a valid Virginia driver's license
Experience in long-term care preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of social services practices and procedures
