What We Offer Nurses:
We have a variety of shifts (days/evenings/nights) available.

• Minimum rate is $28.32 for LPN
• $3000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE)
• Minimum rate is $35.87 for RN
• $4000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE)

What You'll Do as a Nurse
Primary responsibilities as a nurse will include:

• Collecting data regarding a client's mental and physical health status
• Providing health education, somatic therapies, medication and crisis intervention
• Reporting adverse drug reactions to physician and pharmacist
• Documenting all necessary information in patient charts
• 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts.
• Assist direct care staff when needed.
• Minimum hiring requirements for the nurse position:

Current Indiana RN or LPN license
Two years of post-degree psychiatric experience in a similar position preferred
