Hospital Phlebotomist, Full-Time

Hourly Pay Range:
$19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Phlebotomist Inpatient
Location: Edward Hospital 801 S. PART-TIME: 0.5 FTE (about 20 hrs./Hours: 4am-8am Monday-Friday includes rotating weekends and holidays
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures prepares, collects, logs and labels specimens for testing.
Registers patient information and orders laboratory tests in the computer system.
Phlebotomist I

High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of a phlebotomy training program including a minimum of 100 clinical training hours
Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance
Phlebotomist II

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance
Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience required
