Home Health Care HHA -Flexible

Eminence Home Care is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes, enabling them to live with dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. At Eminence Home Care, we prioritize delivering high-quality care, and we believe that our aides are the heart of this mission. Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.

Prepare meals and assist clients with nutrition and dietary needs.

Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to encourage mental well-being.

Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is required.

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

Experience in home care or healthcare is preferred but not required.

Compassionate demeanor and dedication to providing exceptional care.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
