Barista - Flexible Shifts Part-Time

At Blank Street, we're on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. We're motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities, and know that our potential is unlimited. Baristas at Blank Street do a lot more than make drinks, they set the tone for the whole experience. As part of the founding LA team, you'll have outsized influence on how Blank Street shows up - and first access to growth opportunities as we expand across the city and beyond.

We're looking for people who genuinely care about hospitality, bring great energy to busy shifts, and pay attention to the small details that make a big difference. You'll be working with a tight-knit team that takes pride in what they do, serving a focused menu, making drinks the right way, and creating moments that keep people coming back.
