We're a faith-based, nonprofit organization founded in 1974, proudly supporting individuals in group home settings across Minnesota and Iowa.

People First: Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff members

Schedule: This position is part-time, and hours may vary between 6:00 AM - 3:00 pm, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM -6:00 AM on a rotating 2-week schedule

Supportive Team: We value our DSP's as much as our residents

Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.

Assist with medical-related care, including catheter placement, wound care, and basic health monitoring

Monitor and report changes in behavior or health

Help with transportation to appointments or activities

Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

At least 1 year of experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required

Experience with catheter care and wound management is a big plus
