As a host on our team, you will utilize your strong interpersonal skills to assist the servers in creating a positive impression of the restaurant's hospitality, excellent service, and high standards. Hosts monitor the flow of the restaurant through managing seating, reservations, and wait lists. The fast-paced and high-energy environment will challenge you as you play an important role in the overall success of the restaurant and guest experience.
16.50 per hour plus tips

Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality.
Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
Observant to guests' needs throughout dining experience and communicate needs proactively to ensure they receive high quality service.
Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests as appropriate.
Tend to special guest needs and requests with hospitality and a sense of urgency.
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.
A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Food Handler Certification.
