HCA's needed for weekend care

07/01/2026 8110 Network Drive, Plainfield, Indiana, 46168, United States of America DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician who is looking to make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

No Dialysis experience is required - we spend the first 9-12 weeks in paid training!!

• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Potential to float to various clinics
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays - shift times can start as early as 4:00AM.

Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment. Technician Duties: To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. PCTs work under the supervision of a RN.

• Reimbursement for your Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be comfortable working 8-12 hour shifts, 3-4 days/week, flexible in schedule
• Health care experience a plus including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
