Have the ability to move around 80-90% per shift
Must be able to perform work for 8-10 hours per shift
A Prep Cook will:
Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved.
Communicate with the production team throughout the shift.
Follows proper food preparation and handling techniques.
Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.
Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
Flexible scheduling with a two-shift minimum
