HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

Soliant is hiring an HR Advisor – Consultant Employee Relations to support our nationwide consultant workforce of healthcare professionals placed primarily in K–12 and special education settings . This is a hands‑on, case‑driven employee relations role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys managing complex situations, navigating school-based environments, and supporting employees across multiple states.
Serve as a primary HR contact for consultants working in school and special education environments
Manage a high volume of employee relations cases , including performance issues, investigations, attendance concerns, and separations
Conduct investigations and partner with Legal on higher‑risk matters
Identify trends and provide input on process or training improvements
Travel periodically to consultant worksites or internal offices as needed
Minimum 3 years of employee relations or HR experience
Experience supporting employees in schools, healthcare, or special education settings strongly preferred
Willingness to travel as business needs require
