Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residents

Maintain cleanliness in shared areas like the leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, and model units

Follow cleaning checklists and ensure high standards are consistently met

Track and report supply inventory as needed

Help maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debris

Support the team during inspections, move-ins, and community events

Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work

Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule

Experience in apartment communities, hospitality, or commercial cleaning

Bilingual abilities

Familiarity with cleaning products and safe usage

Commission opportunities based on performance
