I am currently representing a premier name in the insurance and financial services sector that is looking to appoint a high-caliber Strategy Consultant to their Institutional/Worksite division. Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional projects that optimize sales effectiveness, enrollment outcomes, and pipeline transparency.
Data Storytelling: Innovation: Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools to streamline reporting cycles and scale departmental operations.
Market Intelligence: Monitor external market shifts and competitive landscapes to provide proactive recommendations for growth.
The ideal candidate comes from a management consulting or corporate strategy background, with a specific focus on financial distribution models.
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Project Leadership: 5-8+ years of experience managing high-stakes projects across diverse organizational groups.
Technical Artistry: Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a proven ability to distill complex data into "simple but powerful" executive decks.
Industry Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience working with distribution datasets and building sales planning/forecasting models.
A track record of navigating shifting priorities and defining clear paths in uncertain environments.
Subject matter expertise in Life Insurance or Supplemental Health products.
