The Junior MEP Project Manager will be responsible for:

Supporting the delivery of MEP projects from early design through construction administration

Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to keep projects on track

Assisting with project schedules, budgets, and overall planning

Participating in client meetings and helping maintain strong working relationships

Monitoring project progress and helping troubleshoot coordination or technical issues

The Junior MEP Project Manager should have the following:

3-7+ years of experience in MEP engineering or consulting, with an interest in growing into a Project Manager role

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Solid understanding of building systems design and construction processes

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
