Help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.

Monitor health: Check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.

Remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.

Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer specialized, friendly companionship for clients navigating dementia.

Follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keeping accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.

Active CNA license for CNAs (state‑specific) or PCA Test Results for PCAs.

Certifications: Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Health Clearances: Recent negative TB test result (or willingness to obtain).

Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication.

Personal Attributes: Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.
