As a Security Guard - Full Time - 3rd Shift in Stevens Point WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors respond to security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to employees visitors and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility including office areas common spaces entry points parking areas and perimeter as assigned.
Monitor access points and report unauthorized access attempts suspicious activity hazards and maintenance concerns in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site policy.
Complete accurate activity reports incident documentation and shift communications to support ongoing security-related operations.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
