We’relooking for a Senior Designer who combines exceptional design ability with technicalexpertiseand a passion for custom residential architecture. Working closely with Principals and Associates,you'llcontribute to every phase of custom residential project development, build lasting client relationships, mentor emerging designers, and help shape exceptional homes from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities Contribute to all phases of custom residential project development, from permitting and early design through construction administration and project completion.

Develop thoughtful design solutions and technical documentation that carry design intent through every stage of the project.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration.

Coordinate project schedules, consultants, documentation, and construction administration activities to support successful project execution.

Develop schematic designs, presentation materials, and material selections that support the overall design vision while ensuring technical quality and code compliance.

Demonstrated experience producing high-quality design and construction documentation across all project phases

Strong technical understanding of residential architecture, wood-frame construction, building codes, and construction administration.

Expert-levelproficiencyinAutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. In the role of Senior Designer at Hutker, you'll help shape exceptional custom homes, build lasting client relationships, mentor emerging designers, and contribute to a collaborative studio dedicated to design excellence.
