Registered Nurse - Nursing Service Pool - Full Time - Nights

Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Mercy Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct. Up to $10,000 RN Sign-On Bonus

• 5.00/hr for RNs without

  ICU

  experience
• + $7.50/hr for RNs with ICU experience

Shift Differentials (Evening/Night)
Weekend Option Differential — $20/hr RN
Student Loan Forgiveness — Up to $20,000 for new grad nurses
Tuition Reimbursement — Up to $2,000 per year
Base Hourly Rate + All Applicable Differentials

Float Pool RNs rotate across the following units:
Emergency Department
ICU
Cardiac Telemetry
Medical-Surgical - (Adults)
Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds)
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)
Experience: 1+ year RN experience preferred
Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
