Steward- Full Time- Evenings

The Steward demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all kitchen and service areas. Stewards consistently follow health and safety standards, support kitchen operations through efficient dishwashing and equipment care, and ensure all supplies and workspaces are properly maintained. The Steward works collaboratively with culinary and service teams to promote a smooth workflow, demonstrates reliability, and maintains a positive, professional attitude even in high-volume environments As a Steward, you will:

Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.
Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, all floor, wall, and cook surfaces, thoroughly clean. Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects. Fundamentals Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and staff.
Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
Stock supplies in the kitchen and dining areas.
Clean dishes, silverware, and other kitchen items.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay : This is an hourly full-time position $15 an hour.
