About This Role The RN Float Pool position at Mass General Brigham involves managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient and family-centered care.

What You'll Do Manage all aspects of the nursing process.
Deliver patient and family-centered care.
Utilize governing and administrative resources effectively.
Ensure quality and cost-effective patient care.
Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in inpatient care.
Licenses & Certifications Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts required.
