Job Title: General Production Worker

Join our dynamic team in the foam, filtration, and composite production line. Be a part of the production process in our fabrication shop, where we manufacture fans and industrial filters.

Operate and maintain production line equipment efficiently.

Ensure quality control throughout the production process.

Experience in a production environment.

The work environment features rooms maintained at a lukewarm temperature, conducive to production activities. The role involves working on a production line in a fabrication shop setting during the third shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
