Leadership Responsibilities:

Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care and client service

Help establish and uphold high standards of medical quality and clinical excellence

Mentor and support associate veterinarians, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement

Promote a positive, collaborative culture

Facilitate medical discussions and encourage knowledge sharing among the veterinary team

Support the onboarding and development of new veterinarians

Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, communication, and the overall client and patient experience
