Administrative Assistant
The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is dedicated to providing those we serve with quality innovative behavioral healthcare in a recovery-based environment. CSB of Middle Georgia is recognized as a state leader in comprehensive behavioral healthcare providing integrated cost-effective services. CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties in Georgia; and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at our new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). This facility provides critical support and stabilization services for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured environment. Assist with pat-down searches for individuals admitted to TO/CSU as needed, in accordance with safety protocols
Support the Unit Secretary with monitoring and updating the CSP board
Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area
Monitor inventory and restock front desk supplies; High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
Previous administrative or secretarial experience
