The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic Finance/Accounting professional. They will understand financial concepts and how these relate to operational procedures and outcomes.Detailed Responsibilities:Supporting accurate and timely reporting of financial reportingAssisting location operations management teams with understanding and responding to financial informationManaging all aspects of the administration and reporting of financial information at the locationWorking with operations teams to help them understand financial data and take actions to drive improvements where necessaryWorking closely with partner finance team where applicableSupporting in the completion of a monthly close of the general ledgerAssist with the proactive management of accounts receivable at the location based on the terms of our contractual agreementsSupporting completing the 'MSR' each day and in producing a balanced month end MSRMonitoring and managing credit card settlementsManaging wire transfer requests and subcontractor paymentsOverseeing the management of cash assets at the location, including management of the cash room and armored car pick-upsManaging an accurate and timely month-end close processSupporting budgetary processes including the posting of AP accruals and transfersOverseeing the timely collection accounts receivableBalancing of direct bills and invoice adjustmentsProactive management of accounts receivable at the location based on the terms of our contractual agreementsEnsuring and maintaining the accuracy of tax rates for financial reportingEnsuring appropriate retention and management of all documentationOther duties and responsibilities as assignedSkills and Experience:1+ years in a Finance/Accounting roleHigh level of computer literacyPassion for hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsCPA certification is preferredOperational experience in food and beverage is preferredCurious about Life at Levy?
