BCBA - Part Time Hourly

Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Turn behavioral science into meaningful change for students who need additional support.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who believes every child can learn and thrive with the right resources. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based practices to help students strengthen their self-regulation, independence, social-emotional skills, and confidence.
In this school-based role, you will serve as a behavioral support expert across general and special education settings. Observe students in classrooms and other school environments, using data to identify barriers and recommend effective interventions
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decisions and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and help develop appropriate goals, accommodations, behavioral supports, and progress-monitoring strategies
Build collaborative relationships with students, families, educators, service providers, and community partners
Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
At least two years of professional experience as a BCBA
Two or more years of BCBA experience in a school-based setting

46.00 per hour/part-time hours
