2+ years of psychiatric experience in inpatient settings preferred

What You’ll Do:

Provide psychiatric care to an inpatient adult population

Manage a caseload of approximately 18 patients daily

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for various disorders, including anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, substance use, and trauma-related disorders

Administer pharmacotherapy and involuntary commitments as needed

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting patient recovery

Document patient interactions accurately using Wellsky EMR system

Support a team of 2 psychiatrists and multiple advanced practice providers and psychologists

What You Need:

Active DE Medical License or eligibility to obtain one

Board Certification or Subspecialty Certification in Psychiatry preferred

At least 2 years of inpatient psychiatric experience

Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy protocols

Strong communication and collaboration skills
