Job Description: Join the vibrant team at Flecha by Mark Wahlberg, where we blend traditional Mexican cuisine with contemporary flair. As a Dishwasher, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies, such as soap and sanitizer.
Perform regular checks of kitchen equipment and report any issues to the management team.
Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen support role is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
