Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the event team, maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, and contributing to menu development. The role requires adaptability in a fast‑paced environment and close adherence to event timelines and client specifications.
Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating aesthetics
Experience in event catering and handling of on‑site food service operations
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene protocols
Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with event staff
Flexibility with schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Culinary school certification or equivalent professional cooking experience
