Job Summary:

A Clinical Nurse position is available on a medical-surgical floor in North Carolina. This role involves providing competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process within a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Location: Goldsboro, North Carolina

Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN or ASN) from an accredited school of Nursing; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC); one (1) year of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications: BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing

Additional Information: This role involves participation in patient education, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, point of care testing, discharge planning, and performance improvement activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates skills in patient assessment, prioritization, research application, and cultural competence. Experience with complex patient care and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
