Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary of $248,000 per year plus RVU incentives

Estimated total annual compensation of $320,000$410,000

Position Highlights

• Full-time, permanent position.
• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM schedule.
• 100% outpatient practice.
• Average of 1520 patients per day.
• Limited call responsibilities, approximately 12 times per year.
• Opportunity to teach mental health interns and/or medical students.
• Option to pursue an appointed faculty position.
• Flexible opportunities to focus on adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, substance use treatment, or a broader patient population.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Board-eligible candidates must be able to obtain board certification within three years of hire.
