TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Burlington, North Carolina, 27215!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays as Needed | Onsite
Provide direct inpatient nursing care to a diverse patient population with multiple co-morbidities, including a specialized stroke and neuro patient population
Monitor and manage telemetry patients, including remote monitoring and on-unit telemetry observation
Perform and manage feeding tube care, central line care, PICC line management, port access, peripheral IV placement, and blood product administration
Deliver care involving CVA protocols, nasal cannula oxygen therapy, isolation precautions, wound care, and wound VAC management
Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5–1:6 in a fast-paced inpatient environment
Float to other health system campuses as needed
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
EPIC EMR experience required
Telemetry experience with remote monitoring required; On-unit telemetry monitoring experience preferred
