Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $70-$80/hr. on W2
Job Summary This role is crucial for orchestrating the end-to-end marketing communications for immersive entertainment venues. You will be responsible for keeping various workstreams on track and ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed. The ideal candidate will excel at translating complex initiatives into a clear, actionable plan.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update a comprehensive marketing rollout calendar for all experiential campaigns.
Facilitate timely execution and distribution of marketing briefs across different strategic pillars.
Coordinate the strategic deployment of ticketing promotions in alignment with campaign schedules.
Gather progress updates from campaign leads and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders.
Produce a weekly digest summarizing progress across key marketing initiatives.
Must-Have Skills Proven experience managing shared project calendars and tracking deliverables.
Exceptional organizational and detail-orientation skills.
Strong written communication abilities for distilling complex information.
Industry Experience Experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, or consumer experience brands is highly preferred, demonstrating a track record of marketing campaign management within similar fast-paced, customer-facing industries.
