Full Time RDA

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our well-established practice. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the Orthodontists are prepared for successful patient interactions and procedures. Your responsibilities will include communicating patients' needs, assisting during treatments, performing various patient care, office, and laboratory tasks, sterilizing instruments, preparing trays for procedures, and educating patients on oral health care.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Successful completion of a criminal background check

**Preferred Education and Experience:**

• 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic or Dental Assistant
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Certification as an Orthodontic Assistant
• Proficiency in dental/medical technology
• Strong ability to connect with patients
• Driven, works with a sense of urgency, and can multitask effectively
• Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
