Client Service Rep / Reception

Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service. Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members. Communicate updates and events to members and guests. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system. Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions. Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly. Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including exercise equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re-racking weights. Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems, and completing required company training as assigned. Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking. Complete company assigned trainings and additional learning as directed....Member Services, Member Service, Representative, Retail, Instructor
