Answer medical questions over the phone

See patients immediately as part of VEG Triage and VEG Spikes, our customer‑centered approach

Gather signalment, presenting complaint, vitals, and physical exam data

Perform physical examinations, ultrasounds, X‑rays, bloodwork, biopsies, and other investigative procedures

Communicate diagnosis and treatment options directly with customers

Prepare and present estimates to customers

Create and review medical records to ensure accuracy

Explain test and treatment value to customers and address concerns

Perform minor and major emergency surgeries

Educate customers on after‑care and preventive measures where appropriate

Experience in emergency medicine, including soft‑tissue emergency surgery and endoscopy

collaborative across hospital functions

Physical stamina: standing for prolonged periods, kneeling, floor work, lifting up to25 kg alone and up to40 kg with assistance

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or as‑needed basis
