Role: Women & Infants Float Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based, family-centered care across multiple mother-baby, labor & delivery, and neonatal units.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications.
Coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
Respond to emergencies and monitor fetal and maternal vital signs.
Support breastfeeding and postpartum education.
Ensure safe patient transitions of care.
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and respond effectively to emergencies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
