Registered Nurse - RN ICU (NOC Shift)

About the Unit This unit is a 6‑bed ICU that may care for Med‑Surg patients. We are Stroke Certified and treat our patients with the same compassion and care we give our own families. Accountability, honesty, compassion, and courage are very important, and we pride ourselves on teamwork, collaboration, and safe personal care.

Scope of Work Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds ANA standards of professional performance, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health. Qualifications Associate’s in Nursing required

Bachelor’s in Nursing required within 5 years

State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) required
