Demonstrates skills and judgment necessary to provide pharmaceutical care services.

Monthly inspections are on time and accurate.

Actively reviews patient medication profiles for demographic completeness, ADRs, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, formulary compliance and therapeutic appropriateness.

ADR's and Variances.

Technician Supervision.

community service; P&T presentation or project; Policy and Procedure development or training; technician/pharmacist training.

Understands the legal/regulatory requirements related to the release of information. Able to use the information systems pertinent to the job.

Creative Problem Solving - Examples of Achievement.

High School Diploma or GED required.

One year of hospital experience preferred.

Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
