Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Insurance Defense Attorney with construction defect experience to join our Los Angeles litigation team.

Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Draft and argue motions, prepare case strategy and evaluate liability, damages and exposure.

Work directly with clients, carriers, experts, opposing counsel and internal litigation teams.

Manage deadlines, case budgets, reporting requirements and litigation strategy.

Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations and other litigation proceedings.

Mid-level to senior attorney with insurance defense litigation experience.

Strong written advocacy, deposition, motion practice and case management skills.

Ability to manage a litigation caseload with limited supervision.

Experience working with insurance carriers, reporting guidelines and litigation budgets preferred.
