What You’ll Do As a Member Service Representative , you’ll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys:

Provide exceptional customer service: Assist members with their financial needs and answer inquiries about products and services.

Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Educate members on TruMark’s offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.

Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions are completed efficiently, and records are kept organized.

What You Bring to the Table Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.

Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required.
