Salary Range: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 Annually

Position Summary

The primary objective of this position is to identify, screen, interview, submit, and place qualified candidates to meet our customer's requirements.

This is a work-from-home position, but must be located in one of the following areas: Greater Chicago, Greater Boston, Dallas/DFW, Richmond VA. While this is work-from-home primarily, there are expectations of attending work days with the team, industry, employee, and client events up to 2 times a week. Must have reliable transportation and ability to work from other locations within the area you live.

Responsibilities

Utilize designated recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools

Use job boards, referrals, networking, and other tools designed for sourcing candidates

Match candidates’ strengths with our client’s requirements by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Negotiate compensation packages for offers of employment with candidates and gain a commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements

Work with Account Managers to understand the job order requirements

Communicate effectively with others and embrace diversity of thought to create a productive environment

Maintain relationships within the industry to provide excellent customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals

Perform other duties as requested

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communication, sales, or business)

Prior work experience (preferred in hospitality, retail, food and beverage)

Prior working experience with customers or in a customer service capacity

Prior leadership experience (in work, academic, or extracurricular settings)

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands: While performing duties of the job, employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employees must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
